Grant Inquiries
Cure Alzheimer’s Fund is dedicated to the pursuit of scientific research leading to treatments and a cure for Alzheimer’s disease. We generally do not accept unsolicited grant proposals. Awards are typically made to members of the Cure Alzheimer’s Research Consortium and/or on their recommendation to other researchers doing innovative work consistent with the Cure Alzheimer’s Fund Research Roadmap. However, if you feel strongly that your work coincides directly with our current Funded Research, we will accept a brief letter of inquiry (no more then 250 words) sent by email. Please be specific about how your work ties into the work we are funding and how your proposal will drive progress towards therapeutic intervention or a cure. Emails can be addressed to info@curealz.org.
Proposal Process
Accepted proposals are reviewed as received by the chair of the Research Consortium, the Cure Alzheimer’s Fund Scientific Advisory Board, and the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Cure Alzheimer’s Fund. Proposals are funded for direct costs only; no indirect or overhead costs are included. Awards are typically made within three weeks of submission and are for one-year duration.
