Ruth Carole Ruble Russell succumbed to Alzheimer’s Disease on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at the age of 84. Carole was a long time resident of Northern Virginia where she was active in the Vienna-Falls chapter of the Sweet Adelines. She moved to Phoenix 35 years ago where she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and planting flowers in her garden. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Jim Russell; son Larry Russell, daughters Linda Bucelli (Gian Franco), Robin Canzona (John) and Kelly Lyscio, along with 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; sister, Jane Benson and brother, Dave Ruble.
